Etsy is having all kinds of glitches. I know a seller who got an order today for an item that isn't even one of her items in her shop! It's from another seller but showed up in her Orders. There's probably not much you can do but wait for Etsy to fix the glitches. Report the problem to Etsy through the Help pages.
My customer said he/she can't buy my product can you tell me what i can solve with that issue
I was just able to add items to cart from your shop, and everything looks normal as far as the payment options. You seem to ship worldwide, so you should just advise your customer to try again.
I had several customers telling me the same thing throughout the day today also!
@Former_Member and others. Sorry about this; I too am seeing a lot of glitches posted.

Frankly this is embarassing, but may help Customers having trouble (I would hope).
From Help > for Shopping > Checkout. I would give her the below link to the Help Page as a start. Tell her to scroll to the caption that reads, "I'm having trouble checking out". (If that doesn't cut it, there are other articles within this link (Help Page) as to "How to check out using....(payment/credit card name).

I hope this helps anyone having trouble. Losing one Customer is one too many. Good Luck to you and your Customer.
