Customer can’t order

I have a customer trying to buy something from my shop and can’t. She puts the item in her cart and when she goes to checkout it says her cart is empty. Any suggestions on what to do?

What I do when something like that happens is to delete it from the cart if I see it there. Then I get off the internet for a minute or two, and then start over. I know this isn’t a very technical answer but sometimes it works for me.

@BnEGiftsandMore  - Tell the buyer they will need to contact Etsy.

Am assuming you do have the item the buyer wishes to purchase & that a glitch didn't renew a sold-out item in your shop (yes, that's happened)

Definitely keep all conversations here on Etsy. Don't be tempted by any offers to take the sale off Etsy, or have 100% blind faith in any screen shots they might send. Scammers are getting better at their craft, right down to links to a shop's pages that really aren't genuine.
