I have another costumer trying to purchase 2 items in my USA shop and has tried for a week. She contacted me today and sent me screen shot. It reads (Hmm. Something went wrong.) One I have free shipping and the other is not free shipping, she would get free shipping anyway because both items total over 35$. This could explain why sales are down a little. Anyone else having this issue recently? Has anyone found why this would be happening?
Did you suggest that she try to purchase one at a time and promise a shipping refund if she does?

The customer needs to contact Etsy support so they can fix it
