Customer Standard Stats hasn't refreshed for 3 days

My customer standard stats (specifically my message response rate) has not been refreshed since 02/15/2025.

Stats are unreliable and are often incorrect.

I have had the same problem on and off not just for messages, also for reviews, at the moment, i have two answered messages not showing up, which i need, they are not showing on the list for message response rate, one if nearly 48 hours,  last week i had reviews not showing up on the calculation, i have raised a ticket, i was told that they do not know when it will be resolved its a wide spread issue and they have not estimated time frame.

Has the this issue been fixed for anyone else
