i have two messages from new customers answered straight away, they have not updated, infact last month this happened and i went down to 90 per cent and have stayed there for messages, i have now had two customers answered immediately, i have spoken to etsy support whom confirm it is an issue and they do not know when it will be resolved, so now with star seller being 28th this month, i am not sure where this leaves me, as it could take my level down even further if they do not see i have answered straight away, one of the messages is well over a couple of days ago and answered immediately but not answered, they have raised a ticket but say it will be added to a list of tickets as its widespread
