Customer Shipping Email Notifications

I was hoping someone had a fix for this, but today Etsy started sending us a copy of the shipping notification email they send to our customers when we ship an item.   We have been with Etsy for three years and this started today.   As we ship the item we know it has shipped and don't these emails clogging up our inbox.

The limited tech support we got to chat with us told us we could change a setting in our email settings, but when we asked which setting to change he could not answer us.

Anybody else have this problem and how did you stop these notifications.

Usually there is a box to uncheck when you are purchasing the label (it says something about sending you copies of the shipping notifications). 

However, there has been a glitch recently though where even when unchecked some people are still getting these. 

My recommendation is creating a rule in your email that anything with keywords from the subject line are automatically filed into a folder.

I have alwyas gotten the email for shipping the item.  I get two emails.  Order and shipping.  The other about the label is the only one I can remove from getting. 

However since it has been glitchy the past few days, I suspect someone who is handling the software has changed something which has had a cascade effect.  If the label notification (not the shipping notification) is gone then it is an error in the label area. 

It sounds like some shipping providers have changed their protocol too.
