Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a customer leaving feedback raving your product saying it is a 10.
then leaving less than 5 stars.
When contacting the customer to check on this discrepancy, the customer assured me they selected 5 stars. They offered to fix the issue.
When they tried to change this, it would not allow the change.
When it happens once...you say customer error.
When it happens twice...you wonder but again could be customer error.
When you lose count, cause it is happening alot...its seems there is a problem
Etsy was contacted and can only offer that the customer contact them when it happens.
This seems not to be a good fix, as customers leaving feedback is time consuming as it is . Then to ask the talk to Etsy for corrections is not something i see happening.
It has not worked for me so far.
