Customer Can Not click thru Categories on my Front page

I just got a message from one of my best customers. She said she is not able to click thru the categories on my front page. She can go thru the first 4 but after that they are frozen. I have tested it myself with no problem. She is a frequent user on Etsy and knows how to buy on the site.

Has anyone else heard this? Seems odd.

I can click on them using my desktop. Maybe she's using the app.
