I have a wedding shop and most of my items are personalized. Often text is cut off after the first name (when text should be Name & Name, Date).
This glitch has been ongoing for well over a year. My best current guess - the "ampersand" is causing text to be entered? Is this possible? It's always one name, or one initial which would be followed by & second name/initial. I don't want to bother my buyers with a bunch of questions regarding how they are entering their text, but I do believe that this cutoff happens on the app rather than the desktop version. Buyers are often annoyed by my follow up questions, and they insist they entered the full names and date when ordering.
Can anyone look into this? Anyone at all?
