Hi! so I have been trying to login to my account under the help center to contact etsy and change my phone number because i no longer have that phone number (i had to get it changed) and it will not let me actually hit submit, i have all the fields filled out, and i just wanted to know if there was a direct email i could email etsy support at because i really need to get into my account but i no longer have that number as mine.

You must be signed in to your Etsy account. If not, then I didn't think you couldn't post here.
Can you click on your shop name and get to your account?

Etsy doesn't have a direct email.
If you find any through Google, it's fake and not Etsy (same with a phone #, Etsy doesn't have a # to call).

Found this on the help pages: I don't know if this would help or not.

"With two-factor authentication, you can download backup codes to use when you don't have your phone to sign in. Save these codes in a safe place. You can only use each code once."
