Custom orders Printify

Hey guys! I have a question

I sell customizable products. Once an order is placed through Etsy, and the buyer has sent me the photo they want to have on the product, how can I submit this to Printify? I tried to edit the order but I don't seem to be able to include the photo. Instead, the order is the standard reference item on the listing.

I think you need to go on Printify and look for instructions.

Not sure how POD works, but as printify is making this order, would you not have to contact them?

If this is a buyer-supplied image, and you are using Printify, you have no involvement in the "handmade" aspect of this item. Make sure you understand what etsy allows
