A subsequent order is already showing. What do I do? I'm afraid this buyer won't get her item in a timely fashion.
I've tried hitting the sync button in Printify. Nothing. And I can't figure out how to start a ticket either on Etsy or Printify. Does anyone know how to reach anyone at either platform?
There have been several threads about sellers not knowing how to complete their printify orders, do they not explain the whole process before you start your shop?

I would imagine you have an account with printify as they make the products you sell, do they not have customer services?
Just place a manual order for the item on printify. Integrations aren't flawless. They get buggy sometimes. It happens. Next time don't wait a week just place the manual order. Then if the order ever does sync (not likely if it's been a week) then just delete it on printify.
Thanks! Now it's showing on Printify, but as Not Imported, even though I can see it was paid over a week ago.
