Custom Order Details Missing from Printed Invoices

Our custom order details used to be included on the printed packing slip for the customer. Now, it just lists the Listing Name with No custom order details. Is this a glitch or did Etsy make a change? If so, Etsy please include this pertinent information on our order listing forms or the option to check if we'd like it printed on the settings.

Yes it does seem as if the customizations are getting deactivated for printing packing slips for some orders ... I have to keep checking mine when I go to print, and if it is missing, I have to go back in and re-check the boxes for the information I want added to my pack slips.  I know Etsy is doing some changes / testing, so perhaps one of these is affecting the customized packing slips.
