Custom Digital Download Order Quantity

I have some listings I am converting to custom digital download. A customer will often purchase 10 or more of these listings, however there is no quantity available and customer do not seem to be able to add more than one to the cart. This means that they have to check out sometimes 10 or more times to get the quantity they need. Is this how it is supposed to work? Any workarounds?

Go to you listing in your dashboard and you can set the quantity to 99 or whatever amount you want

Thanks - The problem though is that on a custom digital download the customer can't order a specific quantity.

When I make a custom order where the quantity is more than  1, I put the quantity in the description and the price for the total sales price

this isn't a custom order its a custom digital listing.

Yes, that is how it works.

Digital listings, either instant or made to order (custom), can have any available qty so it auto renews upon selling, but a buyer cannot specify a qty to buy.

They should, if you have set a large qty, be able to add it multiple times to cart to buy the desired amount.

Yeah you would think so, but when you add one to the cart and try to add another it comes up with an error that they already have the item in the cart.

Hi, i have the same issue. I sell digital products that I costumize for the client. For example they need 2 t-shirts and they cannot select the quantity in the order. I don't want to create a custom order all the time they need more than 1. Any luck in searching for a solution? Thank you!
