I've been having this issue for ages and thought it was a problem with my computer/browser but just got a new computer and reinstalled and updated everything and it's still happening. When I'm replying to a message with a saved reply, and I need to edit something in the reply to tailor it to the specific customer, every time I type a new word that starts with the letter "i" it capitalizes the "I" and jumps the cursor to the bottom of the message. I see there was some version of this issue for people back in June that was apparently resolved but I'm still experiencing it and it's extremely frustrating. I get multiple messages a day and have to deal with this with every single one. Help!

I've been having the same problem for months. It was commented on by others in the Forums some time ago, but it's not been fixed - at least not in my Etsy messaging. I find it a wretched nuisance, but it seems we'll have to get used to it!
I keep my saved messages on an excel spreadsheet. Maybe try a different method.
When you got the new computer did you get a new keyboard as well? I had a similar issue a few years back and thought it was the site, turned out it was an issue with certain keys on the keyboard.
It's not as bad as it was but it's not fixed. What is is...is annoying but I've kinda gotten used to it. Been this way for months.
