When client Downloads Digital file, the font has changed

Hello, I sell digital forms and one of my sets is having an issue. When you download it from etsy, the font and allignment is out. These are PDFs and divided into 4 folders. Only one folder has the problem. I have tried it myself and it does happen. I have tried deleating the forder and uploading it again, saving it as a new file and even creating a new listing, but for some reason, when I then download it from etsy, THAT ONE file (which is the same format and setting of the others) opens with the font and allignment of. It is really concerning, especially when 6 people have the set on their baskets and it is one of my best sellers. What can I do?

Did you make sure to embed the font when converting to pdf? That’s the only thing I can think of that would cause the problem you describe.

Yes I did. Its the weirdest thing. Because the full file is 60 MB. Then I split it into 3 folders as we can only upload up to 20 MBs per folder. 2 of the folders work fine. One doesn't.  It's really strange

If the fonts aren't embedding for some reason, you can try this (found by googling):

If you are using text documents MS Word etc to make the PDF, try making the document into a .jpg before making into a PDF.
