Cropping tool not saving crops and not updating.

I have posted this a couple days ago. The cropping tool is not saving crops, and system does not update immediatley. It is impossible to work with.

Additionally Etsy needs to creat guidlines and grid for sellers so thy can see what the more cropped image looks like in search.

I have this same problem, and it's frustrating. I also have issues with the shop cover photo (the big one). I edit to adjust the placement, and it never takes the changes.

It has been this way for YEARS AND YEARS.

Etsy has no interest in fixing it.

Take your photos so they don't have to be cropped. It's my solution, and the only work around I know.

It used to work and update immediately. shame on Etsy for not fixing it since they place an emphasis on images and yet give terrible tools for sellers.

Yes, but using the square editor on my MS photos app seems to work well.

And now they've supposedly added even more image editing tools. It may be a test because not all sellers see the new tools but it doesn't give me much confidence. lol I'll stick to editing with my old trusty version of Photoshop.
