1 star removed, still on rateing

I was told yesterday that the 1 star, that was removed, would be removed from the star rating. It was not and it dropped me down to an all-time low for me of 4.8! How do I get this resolved?

You will probably have to contact Etsy directly ... I don't know why they tell sellers to post about it in the technical issues forum since they have repeatedly stated "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges."

When was the star removed? Stats update every 24 hours, so you probably just need to wait. Hopefully, it will be removed. Good luck!

Is that the review that you publicly responded to?  My understanding is that Etsy won't remove the review if you have responded to it.
