Counting Mistake

The total number of orders and total amount counting mismatch please check on star seller page

Hi, we are just other sellers here. We cannot check your star seller stats. Are you counting for the current period, which is August, September and October?

@Visanaa: Remember that the stats you now see on your Star Seller page are for the November star (August, September and October). The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the October Star (July, August, and September). This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

I know what is showing now is counting August, September and October but I see that I have 11 orders since August till now,

And here only 1 order is showing, since I have activated payment mode in Indian, my account is facing this problem. And since then the orders have stopped completely.

please do check it or arrange a call for me.

Hello @Visanaa,

We've double-checked your shop and it appears that you changed your shop's currency last September 22, 2022. Please know that, if you change your shop currency mid-calculation period, the orders and sales numbers will be reset and you'll need to build up their orders and sales minimums again. This is because the On-time shipping & tracking requirements are based on the shop's currency.
