I want to delete my account as I've started a new job that pays well, so I won't have the time I had before.
However, when I try to delete the account, I get told my password was entered incorrectly. Funny, I logged into my account using this same "incorrectly" entered password just twenty minutes ago. How is it wrong for closing the account? Plus, it's the password Etsy automatically puts in when you click close account. How can it be incorrectly entered?
I deleted the lone listing I had here so I won't be charged again for that since I want to close down the place. If I needed to speak with a real person, where do I find the map to find that place? Any link just seems to bring me around in circles to the FAQs.
I suppose, I could just let it sit here, but I won't likely check in on it, and Etsy will want me to verify things from time to time, and I won't be seeing it . . . I'd appreciate someone's kind help in this regard.
Couldn't choose a label as none of them remotely fit my problem.
