I received an email today from a potential buyer through the message part of the Etsy app. When I try to respond I keep getting a ‘could not send message’ error and says to contact Etsy support. can anyone advise what I need to do as I cannot find anything on the support page
The buyer was likely scammer and etsy suspended their account. At least that's how it seems at first glance. Or, there are technical issues. Maybe try using a computer web browser instead.
