I've closed out of Etsy and reopened it, and tried different browsers. All give me the same red bar at the top.
the problem been persistent for more than a month. I contacted support but its been 25 days and i didnt get any reply!!!
thid is affecting my shop as my customers or new customers that want to ask about the product dont get any reply from me through the app.
Could you not try setting up an autoreply temporarily until it gets resolived giving customers another way to get in touch with you? No idea if that would work but its worth a try
Etsy blocks access to use messaging if you have been spamming users.
