Could not find a shipping carrier with that ID in the provided country.

any one haveing issues like this unable to list any items or edit items and all listings saying they need updated on shipping times but unable to alter any of this too ??

It sounds like a temporary glitch.  Clear your cookies and cache, switch off and log back in and/or try a different browser.

Having the same glitch at the moment, tried three different browsers, clearing the cache, rebooting, and using another PC. Is anyone having the same problem?

Found a solution:

It seems like there was some sort of glitch related to the shipping profile. Not sure why, I didn't make any changes recently. 

Fix: I went into the main shipping profile (in delivery settings), and made a change to that profile (any change, for example, I had selected "Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class" and I changed to 2nd Class"). Press save. Then go back and change the delivery again to your preferred method, in my case 1st Class Signed For, press save again.

The issue got fixed. It can take a few minutes before the setting will apply to the rest of your inventory. 

Not sure if this is related in any way, but make sure you have no empty entry points in the shipping profile.

Try to make a new delivery profile, then try to make a change to your main one. Don't try to change the zip/postcode in the main profile, only try to change the actual postage service.

Try to list the item with the custom delivery profile. When you are done with the description, scroll down, and instead of using a regular shipping profile, try to add one manually.

sadly I have tryed all of this and still nothing etsy just say they are working on it and that all my postage information is correct and that the banner notifications should not now be showing but NOTHING has changed IT will not alow me to change the postal service to any other  it just returns to the same original postage ???again thank you for your time ...!!!

FINALY FXED IT MY SELF I THINK NO HELP FROM ETSY !!!! SO WAS UNABLE TO ALYET DELIVERY ON EXISTING PROFILES SO CREATED A NEW PROFILE WITH NEW SHIPPER EDITED ALL OF MY LISTINGS TO THE NEW PROFILE AND NOW ALL SEAMS TO BE WORKING ALSO USED OLD LISTING VERSION WHICH IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE NEW ONE !!!

HIya - me -i havent been on for a while and im trying to update listings and keep getting the same response - that it needs the ID - so wont let me update the listing or place new ones.  Have just read your response but it doesnt make sense to me. please can you help me sort out what to do.  Thanks
