Pourquoi les acheteurs recoivent un message en leur disant de rentrer mon mail lors d'un achat? Et après on me demande combien j'ai sur mon compte pour valider leur commande.....

Because it's a scam.  Do not respond and put the message in your spam folder.

This is not a buyer.  It is a scammer.  Buyers will NEVER need your email. Many new shops have lost money to this scam.

Attention danger ! Ne pas répondre, c'est une arnaque. Etsy ne demande jamais le mail du vendeur, et encore moins ce qu'il a sur son compte pour une commande.

It is scam. Place it to scam folder. They do not need your mail address. I always say they have to contact Etsy Support. Or i just mark them as spam.

It seems every shop receives this kind of messages some multiple times a day
