HOW DO YOU CONTACT A HUMAN BEING AT ETSY? The Help Center does not address my issue.

Answer a few screening questions, then scroll down and look for "I still need help" - you may see contact options. However, a live chat may result in your issue being sent onto a "special Team", and you'll be told to wait for an email, which in turn, my only be more links to Handbook articles.
If what you need help with can be answered here (without any private or sensitive details) - chances are one of us Sellers can head you in the right direction.

Wow...thanks Treasureshealco! I've spent the last 15 minutes or so trying to figure out how to contact a human at Etsy to no avail. So ironic that at the bottom of all the pages I visited in my search they now have "Keep Commerce Human"...and yet "THEY"
