Hello,
I had a customer message me on 8/12. The first message they sent was completely blank and the second one appeared in a new message dialog. I replied promptly to the second one but at the time I did not realize that the messages had not been combined as they are supposed to be now.
This caused me to have a missed reply to a blank message and reflected on my star seller account. While one missed message does not disqualify me from the star seller account, another missed message in the future could.

We are currently looking into the problem as to why some messages sent after the June 30, 2022 update weren't consolidated into one message thread. Our engineering team is working on resolving it as quickly as possible. For now, we recommend replying to all of the message threads on the Message page so it will count positively towards your Star Seller.

I thought the messages were going to be combined so I hadn't responded. This one message has lowered my speedy response rate to less than 95%. I work very hard to keep my Star Seller badge. Will you be awarding star sellers to those sellers affected by the error on your programmers' part?
