Re: Connection problem

I have no clue what country you are located in, or what kind of internet service you have - but this doesn't sound like it has anything to do with Etsy.

Re: Connection problem

You need to renew your Etsy connection token
Your Etsy connection token will expire if you’ve changed your Etsy account password. To re-establish your store connection to Printify, click Renew token, and you’ll be directed to log in to your Etsy account. Any previously published products won’t be affected in any way.

Re: Connection problem

I did. “We're unable to update your store at this time. This may be because you're logged in to a different Etsy account. Please log out of your Etsy account and try again.” they said and ı did again. But I don’t share my design in Etsy. Publish bottom is inactive. Well, I only paid what I was supposed to pay in the first place. Do I need to pay anything else? Also, why can't I publish my products when I change my password? They could check that the account was my own account.

Re: Connection problem

@Designercaktas   Etsy cannot simply go in and verify it is you.

Are you now trying to connect with Printify to make your items?  The current item in your shop is a digital download.

You need to create an item on Etsy that you will connect to Printify.

Did you change your password through this How to Change or Reset Your Password – Etsy Help

You would have received an email that asked you to reset your password.

If you did not ask for a password reset then you need to contact Etsy directly through Contact us.  Etsy may ask for some information to verify it is you, the owner, asking.  Don't be alarmed at that.

@ModAngie   Would you be able to help the op?  Thank you.
