Confirmation on orders NOT AVAILABLE - technical problems

Good evening everyone

I'm having some troubles: just opened my seller account and I've received an order BUT on confirmation email, the greenlight button doesn't work. It land on no page so I cannot confirm the order. In fact, on my administration page there's no order registered. Can someone help me? Thank you

You don’t have an order, and you never have to confirm an order. Someone is trying to scam you.

This is a scam. Don’t respond or provide any personal or financial information. Send it to spam.

There is no "greenlight" button.

You have no orders in your shop.  What makes you think you have one?  If you've gotten a message from some person, send it to Spam - it's most likely a SCAM.

If it's a legit email, the sender address shows as 

transaction@etsy. com
