Hi, my completed orders aren't registering as completed even though they are within the dispatch time. This means I can't be eligible for star seller.
Can't seem to get any help for it.
Any ideas?
Are you mailing with tracking?
@ThePixieParadise: Are you (or your print on demand (POD) provider) marking the order as complete (shipped)? Often this occurs when a POD integration has not been set up correctly.
