I go to the Completed Orders tab on my dashboard, click it but nothing happens. It keeps showing that there is nothing there.
It's like its stuck on the "New" orders tab....
Is anyone else having this issue?

I sold an item and I couldn't even click "completed orders" to see what it was. Had to go into my paymount account to see the order number. Hope it doesn't last long.

Yes, I was just scrolling through all my completed orders a minute ago. I got all excited because the majority my orders sent as flats (pitney bowes tracking) this month are now showing in-transit and delivered! I switched off the page for a second and then went back and *poof* all my completed orders are now missing. This is on my desktop. I checked the seller app and I can see them there.
I can't either.
If anyone is trying to make a label so they can ship, try the order email to see if you can access Etsy labels?
I'm sure Admin at some point will let us know what is going on.
I don't have any open orders but I just tried to access shipping labels through an order email and it worked.

Same issue-- I can't access any of my order categories except NEW.
Pressing Tab and then Enter worked for me to switch categories until they fix it.
Having the same problem and just came to the forum to see if others are having the same issue.
We can not access any of our open orders (accept the one under the new tab) or our completed orders. Really need to be working on these now, what a mess
Hey everyone! I'm having the same issue. The search function in orders still works for me so if you have your emails with order numbers or the customers name (I always save mine because of this) you can search the number or customer name and access the order in your dashboard from there. Hope they get it fixed soon!
That worked for me!!! Thank you FreshLetterHomeCo! I went into my messages I had with one of the buyers about an order I just purchased a shipping label for, but could not get into my "Completed Orders" tab to print it. I had finished 3 orders and was then going to print all 3 labels from the Completed orders section. Once I got into the order through my message with the buyer, I was able to see all my other completed orders and print out those labels one by one.

I am having the same issue with the completed orders tab so went to the Help Center and clicked on the Chat With Us 24/7 icon, and the same thing is happening with that. Nothing happens when you click on it.
No, Etsy wasn't allowing renewal or new listing creations - but it would seem like it was going through so it was charging multiple times in the end. I think I was charged 3 times for a listing that seemed to time out just trying to get it to update.
I just posted to another Thread where the OP had the same problem.
My Shop is on Vacation, but I went to see if my Orders Page from last year loaded; did. (Same desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10).
But that doesn't help you guys. I'm sorry; this Bug needs to be addressed and fixed soon. Because people surely can't work like this.
@StitchRoundabout Someone else on the Forum posted that the Help Page doesn't work.
You know, with all the webinars for Sellers, it would be nice if there was sufficient manpower to fix the non-stop glitches and help those who need it. People can't work like this, and I get frustrated about it with all due respect.
