Complaint Need IMMEDIATE Help

I am pretty furious.I have been selling on ETSY since 2009 and you have put my shop in holiday mode until i submit more legal documents .

I have correct legal documents but button isn't working!

I have 7 to upload (I am in the UK) but the Submit button is greyed out and not active so I cannot submit anything. I am very, very disappointed in ETSY as I cannot get hold of anyone to get my shop reopened asap. I am a legal British seller with all my documents and you are affecting my income directly. Not to mention the fact that I have Disabilities and rely heavily on my income. I need to show my documents but the button ISN'T WORKING Please Fix asap as I am losing income

The only thing you can do is email Etsy support and wait for a response.  The first several responses will likely give generic links to help pages.  Keep responding by clicking the I Still Need Help button in the email.  Eventually you will get a real person.  Don't send new emails or you will go to the back of the line.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as immediate help with Etsy.

When you go the the Help pages, you may also get Chat or Call Back options in addition to the Email Etsy option.  Neither will be able to help you immediately, but they are other ways you may be able to get people working on it.
