I recently contacted Payoneer support, and they confirmed that my account has been successfully connected. However, due to some technical issues with the USD card, they advised me to create a new Payoneer account.
Could you please confirm if it’s possible to reconnect a new Payoneer account to the same Etsy marketplace?

Can't you correct the error on Payoneer?
The current understanding here is that once a Payoneer account has been linked to an Etsy shop it cannot be changed/updated.
However I'm in the UK (we don't have the option of using Payoneer) so I can't check it. I'm assuming you don't have a button on your Payment Settings page which says edit or update??
