My Shops Are Connected!

I can't find anywhere to seriously contact Etsy. 

Anyway, can someone help me?  I just opened a new shop, and now my shops are connected.  On WildArtYarn, my messages and shopping cart and favorites are in THAT shop. But the are also in LittleBitsyThings, where they belong. 

I'm beyond baffled.  I used a new browser, updated Etsy Seller app and i thought i was good to go.  I was wrong. I want to cry. I have screen shots of these things. Please help!

I see both shops. This one has nothing in it and isn't finished (no about page). The other looks like it should except you need to mention the new shop in the about page. Is it possible you had both open and got confused as to which shop you were looking at? Easily done, done it myself, and another reason why I only have one shop.

I think you might be very right, one shop is enough! No, i wasn't confused, I've been dealing with this for aweek. I'm on wildartyarn and on the bottom, in the regular app, my messages, cart etc that is there belongs to littlebitsythings. I'm sick over it.

In the past separate shops would be 2 separate Etsy accounts but I'm wondering if that's changed recently. 

It's probably a caching issue. I suggest logging out of LittleBitsyThings completely. Then clear the browser history and cache (and cookies) and close the browser. Then reopen the browser and log in to WildArtYarn. Are you still seeing the messages and favourites associated with LittleBitsyThings?? Before you do this make sure you know the passwords to both shops and have access to your phone if you have 2fa active.

If you are using any browser extensions or plug-ins you should disable those whilst you are testing.

I don't know how it works on the app. I believe you can switch between multiple shops using a toggle button. Make sure your app is up to date.

You can't add screenshots here (I'm not sure if would help anyway because this sounds like a technical issue) but you can send them to Etsy support via your shop manager - I would use the new shop and go to Help > Contact us.

You also have another shop, moonbeadsglassart with no stock. Perhaps scale it back to just one or two shops? Meanwhile just a thought but in your about section, you use the phrase ‘oh, and buy something!’ Sorry but I think that is too pushy to your customers, I’d remove that in all your shops immediately it will stop people from shopping with you.

Well you may be right about the oh and buy something. It seemed ok when i made beads but not so much now.

I'm going to close moonbeadsglassart.  

I changed my about me page for this new shop,I had one and replaced it but neither is showing up for me. Thanks for your honesty and your reply
