My chat support window has been stuck and unresponsive since Sep 25. I have questions from time to time that I can not find the answer to in the forums or help pages. I have tried starting a new help request, logging out/in, clearing cache/cookies, from different device etc. The telephone support is also useless since my country is not on the list. So I have no way of contacting Etsy. This is the second time posting on the forums about this. Nothing has happened after it was pushed up the system about two weeks ago.
Same here 8 days now i cant find someone to chat to verify my business all i get is automated responds
Same with me. I can’t reach a live agent on chat and no response from support on an email they started with me. Still waiting for an email response since 9-29-2024. Three different support people asked me different security questions with the last one asking numerous questions! I answered the questions and have received no response since.
To be left hanging since 9-29 is not the way a business this size should be handling their customer’s concerns. Something serious is going on with support that needs to be addressed.
