This is at least the third time I've had to communicate with a buyer regarding modifying their shipping information because the information they entered is completely invalid and I'm not permitted to create a shipping label.
Etsy has very clear rules about shipping labels, address lines cannot be longer than 35 characters, and all characters must be Roman Alphabet. A brainless intern could tell you that it would be a good idea to create code to check that the shipping address to make sure it's valid, or at the very least inform buyers that these criteria must be met in order to ship their order during checkout. In fact nowadays most interns could probably create that code for you.
This should be extremely simple to enforce within the platform, it is not my rule to enforce, stop making me do my job for you. Fix this, and while you're at it, give me a way to actually contact Etsy seller support about issues like this that is easy to find, rather than a help page that loops me back to the beginning after pressing the "need more help? contact us" button. Then maybe I wouldn't need to release my pent up personal frustrations in a public forum ranting like an entitled parent.
I shouldn't have to beg you to put in the bare minimum effort to make sure your seller site is actually usable to sellers. Absolutely laughable.
