Chat support box doesn't load

I've been trying to contact Etsy support regarding a payment issue and the only way to contact them is via chat which is fine I guess but the chat support box doesn't load. I have tried this in Firefox and Chrome. Is anyone else experiencing this issuChat e?

For a while now, my chat box says "Couldn't load messages, tap to retry". Reloading does nothing. This happens on desktop & Brave browser for one computer. But the same browser on my other computer works. Are you able to try another device?

I tried on Chrome and Firefox via 2 different laptops so I'm unsure of what is causing the issue. It sounds like one of your devices is experiencing a similar issue so maybe it's not just our computers.

I just tried and I can get into chat Via safari and duckduckgo both via all my Apple devices.

Maybe the site is more compatible with Apple/ Safari. I am using Windows computers and Chrome/ Firefox

I'm using Apple too... chat works on one mac, but not the other.

Using my iMac and Firefox, the chat box is always there.
