I'm annoyed because being a Top Seller, I try to open a chat window to communicate with support and nothing happens.
Indeed, several months ago, I contacted the chat, and it seems that the agent did not close the window. So every time I send a message, I don't get the boot activated.
It's as if I'm talking in a vacuum.
How can I solve this problem?

@OmbellaTresors That chat never seems to close - just type in your new question, and hit enter. There are also "business hours" I think - but if you see the chat icon, it should be open to you.
alas, I've been asking questions in the chat room for three days now.
The previous conversation was never closed, because the agent had to give feedback.
This has never happened to me before.
