Messages have been temporarily disabled so when will they be enabled?
Have you been sending messages to people who have not contacted you first?
If you have then there is no time limit to the removal of your ability to send messages. Some sellers have reported weeks others months before the ability to send messages were returned to them.
You can contact your customers (who have purchased) via email. You will find their email in your order form
@HighCaratHandMade: f you are getting the "Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled" advisory, and not to discount the fact that your messaging may have been disabled in error, generally it is because the system has detected that your account has been sending unsolicited non-transactional messages.
There does not appear to be a published time for how long messaging is muted and based on posts in this forum it can vary. Have you opened a ticket with customer service?
If the Message muting is in error, one of the Etsy Admins has been able, in several cases, to restore messaging. Hopefully they will see your thread and will check into it for you.
We tried sending emails and also talked to the contact support but they are saying that their team will contact us but we are not receiving any emails and our problem has not been solved yet.

no, there is not a way to get around this, sorry.
normally, Etsy limits your ability to send messages if you have been sending out unsolicited messages to other people and they spam you. Or, if they see you send a lot. For example, if someone favorites a piece in your shop, and you send them an email, a thank you, a code...anything.
that's a huge no no.
Also, just as a personal suggestion, please do not use 'diamond' when you are selling stones that are not diamond. VERY deceptive. And honestly, I see that and I immediately leave a shop. That will not help you. JMO....
