I have not been able to access the chat facility since November last year. The chat will open, and I can write in it. But no one ever replies. I've tried to use it 20+ times since then and nothing ever happens. Any way I can get it working?
If your chat is frozen you can go through the help center to contact Etsy via email or a call back. Keep your request simple & ask them to reset your chat since it is frozen. You may need to click through a bunch of options in order to find an email or callback button. They don't always show for every option.
