I really apologies for this mistake and going further never repeat again. Please try to understand my situation.
As currently my chat box services blocked and we are unable to reply the customer queries. Can you please reactive our chat box services ASAP. We are getting many querry from the customer and we have to respond on time. Kindly please active my services.

If you were spamming through Etsy messages, I'm guessing you've had your privileges suspended. I don't know if this is permanent or a set time, you need to contact Etsy to find out.
Etsy support is not here in Forums. Your messages were probably disabled for spamming Etsy buyers. You will have to wait the required period for them to be enabled again.

I don't know, maybe 5 days for every person you sent a message to, lol...just kidding.
You need to contact Etsy for that answer.
