Changing ship date

Has anyone else had an issue with changing the ship date on an order and once you put the new date in and hit enter, it does not update or it updates it to today?  

I have had this happen many times.  

Majority of them would be due to ship today, I move it out a week, hit enter and then when it comes back up it shows today.  

or say it is due to ship tomorrow and I know it won't ship, I have changed the date by a week and then it updates to today.

This happened to me over a year ago and I thought it was just me--we were evacuating due to a wildfire and I thought I was nervous (I was) and did something wrong. Later on I discovered it was not me but a glitch.  Once it occurs you cannot change it back but I did find if you watch carefully --when it reverts to "today"  then do the entire operation over again before entering the new ship date and the second time it will "Stick".

I am now very careful when extending a ship by date because of this. I doubt Etsy plans to fix it since it has been around for at least 18 months.

Nope not just you.  I have searched and see several having this issue.  Hope you are ok from wildfire.  I try to be very careful and double check the date and hit enter and then it will pop up with wrong date.  Not always, but more than it should.
