Changing Purchase Quantity on Mobile App

Either I've eaten too much Sunday lunch and my brain isn't functioning properly or there's a glitch. A customer is trying to purchase two cards from me using the Etsy app however the quantity isn't showing for him to be able to change to 2. There are over 100 in stock so I know they are listed but when I visit my items from the app, I am also unable to change the quantity to add two to the basket. I am able to do it on a desktop but not mobile with the app and safari. Is anyone else noticing this?

I've spoken to Etsy and they have advised that "Upon checking here, I can confirm that there's no problem with the system. I highly suggest try to do the basic troubleshooting first by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. You can also advise the member to do the same thing. Now, if the error still persists, you may try to contact us directly so that we can investigate what is the cause of this problem."
