Site not responding

Whenever I search something on Etsy, it loads and loads but it always crashes and says that the site isn't responding. How can I fix this?

@MajesticLittleShop: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess. If you are using a browser it could be an issue with your internet connection.

I'm using a browser, but it's not a problem with my internet connection because other websites are doing just fine. It's only Etsy. I'm on a computer, windows 10, google chrome.

@MajesticLittleShop  Hi, you're using the same device, browser and OS as I am.  I've not had an issue.
(If you haven't already done so), try clearing cache, cookies.  And unplug your modem for about 5 minutes, then plug back in.  See if that doesn't help; I hope it does.

Hello, I opened Etsy this morning and it was back to normal. I don't know what happened but it's much better now. Sorry for wasting your time.

@MajesticLittleShop: No need to apologize. The kind of problem you experienced might be result of Etsy using the cloud: the server handling your request might be different than the one showing me the exact same page and issues may be related to a specific server.

I’ve just checked and there’s no problem operating on browser. All works ok for me on App too.
