Star Seller Orders does not count

Hi there,

I have made already 8 sales, 7 of them are delivered. But it shows up still less than 5 on my star seller screen.

When does it change?

I have already read this article.

I mean I have made 7 sales already delivered since september. But still star seller screen shows the orders number as 8 but it does not turn into green check mark.

@esobotanicalsUK: For Star Seller, only orders and messages for the three month period count ( December Star = September, October, and November).

you may not have met the income threshold even though you have met the order amount. 

i think it has to be 5 orders and a certain dollar amount (or whatever your currency is)

The minimum $ amount is $300 over the prior three months.

I think there’s a tenure requirement, too. A shop needs to have been here for at least 90 days (which would make sense since the evaluation period is three months).

I did take a quick look at your shop and I have a question….what are Betty’s qualifications and experiences? (where did she study? What degree(s) did she earn?). This is information I’d like to know - beyond her being “Queen of the Lab” - before I purchased one of your products. I’m sure others would feel the same way.

You need to have been on etsy for 90 days from the date of your first sale, before you even get to be considered for star seller.

It doesn't look like your first sale was 90 days ago. From today, 90 days ago is August 16th.

Thank you very much, this is the reason. I match all 5 requirements for now but it's still first 1,5 months of my etsy shop. Therefore, 4 of them turned into green, but the last one, the order number shows up as 8 but still in grey. I see that it will change at the end of this 3 months. Thank you for the explanation.

@DivineCrossings  thanks for your reply. I agree you, I need to add that Betty is a chemical engineer msc. and specialized on natural skincare formulations. She runs our lab. I create the scents of perfume oils, she create the facial products. We produce all together. Thank you for this constructive feedback.
