Cha-ching sound missing on new phone

I just got a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S24) and the cha-ching sound is missing.  It is set to my phone default ringtone and doesn't she cha-ching as an option. Anyone know how I get the cha-ching sound on this phone?

the cha ching comes from the etsy seller app, not your phone's ringtones.

Same here.  Check to see if you need to update the Etsy app. I did that once and it worked. It doesn’t this time

Does the cha-ching sound normally work on the Samsung Gallery phone? I know it works well on iPhone but not sure about Samsung.

Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Mine went for a bit and sounded like an AI in it's last death throes but after reinstalling it and updating it went back to the cha-ching sound (Only ever use Samsung)
