Star Seller Issues

I have a 4.8 average seller rating but someone it is only showing publicly as 4.25. In addition my response time is only showing as 93% but I have responded to EVERY request that wasnt spam or marked it as spam within hours. I have worked my ass off for a Star Seller badge but my Star Seller calculations are all completely off and have not updated.

Seller rating?  The reviews are dragging you down, dragging your whole shop down.  My best advice would be to quit selling watches that don't work (shoppers aren't very good at reading descriptions), and haven't been cleaned up and quasi-restored.  At least try a battery and see if they will work.

You have nothing stated in your description about the flaws. Every vintage items need to be checked thoroughly for any imperfections and clearly stated in titles and/or descriptions. Never sell a watch that hasn't been tested. If they don't work, don't sell them.

The 4.8 rating is for the 3-month Star Seller period.  The 4.25 rating is for the reviews received within the last 12 months since you received quite a few 3- reviews.  Unfortunately, it'll probably be months before your shop rating goes above 4.25 due to all the low reviews for the watches.

I’m curious as to how you have multiples of identical ‘antique’ silver charms, and that none of them are hallmarked. I assume you provide proof from a jeweller that they have been tested?
