Cart won’t work!

I have many customers contacting me saying they can’t add any of my items from my store into the cart. This issue has been an ongoing problem, no one can purchase any items and the issue has been longer than a month at this point. They click the item, when it goes to put it in the cart it says a message saying could not add item to cart. Help me PLEASE!

So did I. @Blackcatscuriosity  you are a new seller here. Someone might be trying to scam you. Read up on scams in the help files.

I also am able to put items in my basket, no problem.  Those sound like scam messages, @Blackcatscuriosity

Worked just fine, are the ones contacting you saying that you need to click on something in their message to fix the issue, if so its a scammer not a real buyer.

@Blackcatscuriosity: Be very careful as new shops (and particularly incomplete ones like yours - no about, policies, etc) are prime targets for scammers. No saying that this is happening in your case, but the can't buy, can't add to cart approach is a very common opening approach for scammers. Just don't follow any links or requests to go off Etsy.

same thing is happening in my shop.  i tried to add items to the cart but i also get the message.  frustrating.

@BohobyJoni Are you trying to add your own items to your cart?  Or are you getting messages from ''buyers'' that say they're have a problem?

You can’t buy from your own shop which would mean you can’t add items from your shop to your cart.  Is this what you are trying to do? If so, that is why it is not working for you.

I added one of your items to my cart and it worked fine.
