Cart unavailable 24 hours already

I have stuff on my cart since yesterday but when I try to open the cart, only an error messsge appears:

"Whoops! Something went wrong"

The situation is the same whether I use the app or the website.

I have the same problem....unable to open my cart. This has been like this for the last 3 days. Cleared my cache, changed browsers, logged out and back in. Nothing.

This is such a strange case... But fortunately you will get asdistance from the Etsy Help. In my case, they emptied my Cart into Saved for later, and after that I got my cart back

Me too! Got the same issue on Safari but I can view cart when using Chrome browser (its just not my preference).

Definitely not about browser with me. I tried several in addition to the Etsy app.

Just FYI:  I was just able to add things to my cart and have no problem viewing my cart.  I'm on Firefox.

Yeah, it seems to be a problem with certain sellers. For example, my cart crashes always when I attempt to buy from this one shop, but otherwise things are as normal.

I can’t purchase from my store.  I keep getting the ‘something’s gone awry’ message. Chat was no help, suggested I use a different device.  Is this a known glitch?
