This morning I reported a problem with an order that had been incorrectly charged to a customer in USA. They were charged my domestic price which does not include the shipping for USA.
I was told a technical team were aware and were dealing with the issue, and would respond to my enquiry as to how to deal with the issue, since I did not a recurrence . I cannot cancel and ask the customer to reorder as I don't know if the issue has been solved.

Some sellers have reported that they have been refunded the difference.
Oh! Thanks for letting me know, I had been on to support chat and asked that Etsy pay the difference, but the support agent said she had to pass it to the technical support team and I haven't heard anything since.
I havent sent the order yet as I was waiting to hear from Etsy
Thanks for the Heads Up. Something like this deserves an Announcement from Etsy. Especially as BagmakerSupply stated, it's a long term and recurring issue. If you know about it, Announce it. Including what the Technical Team is doing to remedy it, if anything.
