Canva Video to Etsy

Hello! I am having some trouble uploading a video to one of my listings. I made the video on Canva, saved as an MP4 format. It is less than 15 seconds long and has no sound, as required. However, it is still not working. Has anyone got any advice on how to fix this? Thanks

How big is the file size?

"The maximum size is 100 MB"

It says the file is 6.14 MB. I know it needs to be under 100 but does it make sense that it is only that? Thanks

Are you uploading via the app or website. What error is showing when you upload? Does the file name have numbers or symbols in it?

I read your message and it had numbers in the name so I changed the name and it worked. Thank you so much! Massive help!
